Por supuesto, esto es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de decir que de hacer. Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s complicados de mantener una relaci\u00f3n es que s\u00f3lo puedes hablar y actuar por ti mismo. No tienes control sobre si tu pareja est\u00e1 dispuesta a hacer lo mismo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n llega a terapia?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En situaciones de conflicto en la pareja, a menudo veo casos en los que las personas intentan trabajar sobre s\u00ed mismas para salvar la relaci\u00f3n. Su esperanza es: \"Si yo cambio, mi pareja tambi\u00e9n cambiar\u00e1\" o \"Si por fin encuentro la manera de explicar mi punto de vista de forma que se me entienda, entonces resolveremos el problema\".<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, hay situaciones en las que tenemos que someternos a terapia o asesoramiento por responsabilidad personal para trabajar aspectos personales, que luego tambi\u00e9n pueden tener un efecto positivo en la relaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, en la situaci\u00f3n descrita, dicho proceso se confunde con un intento de asumir la responsabilidad de ambos. <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogaryconstruir.com\/es\/du-bist-nicht-da-um-deinen-partner-gluecklich-zu-machen\/\">Eso es imposible.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tu voluntad por s\u00ed sola no basta para una relaci\u00f3n sana<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En cualquier relaci\u00f3n de pareja, es crucial que ambas partes est\u00e9n dispuestas a asumir responsabilidades y co-construir. Tu voluntad y compromiso es importantes, pero por ti solo no puedes sostener una relaci\u00f3n equilibrada. Por el contrario, si asumes la responsabilidad t\u00fa solo, la situaci\u00f3n puede enquistarse. Se crea una din\u00e1mica en la que tu movimiento provocan que tu pareja se queda quito.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reconocer los signos de falta de reciprocidad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hay se\u00f1ales claras de que no hay reciprocidad en tu relaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h6>Esfuerzos unilaterales<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tienes la sensaci\u00f3n de ser el \u00fanico que trabaja activamente en la relaci\u00f3n para resolver los conflictos. Propones ir a terapia o asesoramiento, lees libros o buscas momentos para conversar sobre sus desacuerdos. Tu pareja se une, pero la iniciativa siempre parte de ti.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h6>Falta de inter\u00e9s<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tu pareja muestra poco o ning\u00fan inter\u00e9s por tus necesidades o preocupaciones. Puede que no entienda cu\u00e1l es tu problema o incluso lo ridiculiza.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h6>Desequilibrio con compromisos<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sueles ser t\u00fa quien cede o transige, mientras que tu pareja rara vez o nunca est\u00e1 dispuesta a adaptarse.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h6>Falta de apoyo<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En los momentos dif\u00edciles, a menudo te encuentras solo, sin el apoyo o acompa\u00f1amiento de tu pareja.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus alternativas?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es importante que definas el papel que quieres desempe\u00f1ar en tu relaci\u00f3n. \u00bfQuieres seguir siendo el \u00fanico responsable o quieres una relaci\u00f3n de verdadera colaboraci\u00f3n? Deja claro que no est\u00e1s dispuesto a seguir soportando esta carga t\u00fa solo y s\u00e9 coherente con esta petici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Observa la reacci\u00f3n de tu pareja: presta atenci\u00f3n a c\u00f3mo reacciona tu pareja a tu comunicaci\u00f3n y a los l\u00edmites que estableces. \u00bfSe muestra dispuesto a cambiar? \u00bfComienza a hacer cosas diferentes?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Esperar y observar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si te quedas contigo misma (es decir mantienes una postura), \u00bfc\u00f3mo reaccionar\u00e1 tu pareja? \u00bfSe vuelve activo y se acerca a ti? Esto podr\u00eda ser una se\u00f1al de que su relaci\u00f3n tiene potencial para volverse m\u00e1s sana y equilibrada. Sin embargo, si no se produce ning\u00fan cambio o incluso se intensifican los conflictos porque tu pareja echa de menos tu antiguo papel de salvador, entonces necesitas nuevos enfoques:
