The partner no longer loves you enough, so they look for someone else. In reality, the issue is much more complex and there are countless experiences and ways of dealing with these situations of infidelity in a relationship.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What counts as infidelity?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Was alles als Untreue oder Seitensprung gedeutet werden kann, ist gerade heute schwer zu sagen, wo wir unbegrenzte M\u00f6glichkeiten haben, mit anderen Menschen in Kontakt zu treten. Die Frage, <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogaryconstruir.com\/en\/dealbreaker-in-a-relationship\/\">was in einer monogamen Beziehung erlaubt ist und was nicht, ist von Paar zu Paar unterschiedlich<\/a>. Ihr ist die Zeit, die ihr Partner damit verbringt, mit einer \u201eguten Freundin\u201c zu schreiben, zu viel. Dieser erwidert, \u201ewir sind nur Freunde, der Austausch ist freundschaftlich\u201c, er erz\u00e4hlt aber nicht, wor\u00fcber sie reden&#8230; das ist privat. Es gibt also Geheimnisse. F\u00fcr den einen ist das okay, f\u00fcr den anderen ein Vertrauensbruch. Was Untreue ist, m\u00fcssen Partner somit untereinander kl\u00e4ren. Wo stehen die Grenzen beider, und sind beide damit einverstanden?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What does infidelity mean for the relationship?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Regardless of what can be categorized as \u201cinfidelity\u201d, the experience of being cheated on triggers strong feelings. This includes the shock of finding out something about your partner that you hadn't expected, being betrayed by someone you trust. An illusion has been shattered. Then there are the questions: Why? What was missing? Was I not enough? I am not the only one or the most special person for my partner.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How should we deal with this experience?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If your partner has cheated on you, most\u2026 friends and family advise you to leave them, right?<\/p>\n<p>- \u201cOnce a cheater, always a cheater.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogaryconstruir.com\/en\/is-there-real-trust-in-your-relationship\/\">Du wirst ihm\/ihr nie wieder vertrauen k\u00f6nnen.<\/a>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>- \u201cHe\/she doesn't respect you; you deserve better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, many decide to stay with their partner anyway. But in doing so, they question themselves:<\/p>\n<p>- Was this the right decisi\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>- Was I too weak to leave him\/her?<\/p>\n<p>- Am I too stupid to understand what is really happening?<\/p>\n<p>This is a very difficult situation. On the one hand, it's very emotional. You are in shock. At the same time, you feel like you have to make a lot of decisions very quickly, and the right ones, so that you don't get cheated on again.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is important right now?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Zu erfahren, dass dein Partner dich betrogen hat, l\u00f6st tiefen Schmerz aus, gleichzeitig bringt es deine Lebenssituation aus dem Gleichgewicht. Umso l\u00e4nger und ernster die Beziehung, umso schwerer. Es ist also eine <a href=\"https:\/\/dialogaryconstruir.com\/en\/krisen-lerne-dich-in-schweren-momenten-gut-zu-begleiten\/\">Krisensituation<\/a>. Du stehst vor einem Scherbenhaufen und wei\u00dft nicht, wie und ob du ihn nochmal reparieren sollst oder kannst. Wie so h\u00e4ufig in Krisensituationen fangen wir an, irgendwie aufzur\u00e4umen, noch unter Schock und mit Tr\u00e4nen in den Augen. Egal, es muss was getan werden, so bekommen wir das Gef\u00fchl, wieder Kontrolle zu haben. Dabei wird die Phase der Schmerzverarbeitung \u00fcbersprungen oder nebenbei \u201egel\u00f6st\u201c. Das hei\u00dft auch, wir denken zuerst an die Beziehung und nicht an die betroffenen Personen.<\/p>\n<p>So, the question at the beginning should not be: What does infidelity mean for the relationship? It should be: What does it mean for the person concerned? And what does the person who has been cheated on need right now?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Infidelity as a possibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are many ways to deal with infidelity. For many it is the end of the partnership, for others it is a new beginning after the relationship has to be redefined. Initially, however, when the infidelity is discovered, there is always a shock to deal with. Both the shock and the moments that follow (separation or a new beginning) require mental strength.
